Equation

As printed (Table 3 (y, x1, a, b, R2, n, RSE))

Family-level ln(AGB) ln(D) -3.3488 2.7483 0.802 97 0.588

In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)

Aboveground biomass = 1.1887 * exp(-3.3488 + 2.7483 * ln(D))
D
Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm

D measured at 1.3 m or above the highest stilt root. The correction factor exp(0.588²/2) is multiplied in, as the authors direct; Table 3 prints the log-scale coefficients without it. The authors recommend height-based species models (Hstem) where possible; D-only palm models are weak because many palms stop thickening.

Source
the family-level models without a height term are only valid for individuals with Hstem > 3 m and 6 ≤ D < 40 cm
Smallest DBH · Table 3 caption
A correction factor, exp(RSE2/2), was applied to biomass estimates from logarithmically transformed models (Baskerville, 1972).
