Equation
As printed (CIFOR-ICRAF brief, Table 2)
Eq. 2 AGB = 0.0638 × μDBH^2.5435 5.3–96.2 2–52 0.86 18.4
In this library's units, ready to compute (kg)
Aboveground biomass = 0.0638 * D^2.5435D- Diameter at breast height (1.3 m), cm
Read from the CIFOR-ICRAF brief (Muthuri, Kuyah, Njoki, Wakaba 2024), not the paper. The brief writes μDBH (mean DBH, for multi-stemmed trees) in its table; tree age 2-52 years; MAPE 18.4%. An infographic version reportedly shows 0.0648: confirm against the paper. Mango Eq. 1 uses mean primary-branch diameter (μDPB) and is not included.

On every build, the library's form and the paper's own form (in its units) must both give these values within 1%.
